My Approach

I am convinced that successful osteopathic treatment involves more than simply addressing individual symptoms. That is why I take a whole-person approach, with a particular interest in the interaction between the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system, digestion, and lifestyle factors.

At the core of my work is the question of why symptoms have developed and which factors may be contributing to their persistence. Based on this understanding, I work together with my patients to create an individualized treatment plan tailored to their specific needs.

My main areas of focus are migraines and headaches, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and musculoskeletal disorders.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy and am a licensed naturopathic practitioner (Heilpraktiker). My goal is not only to provide high-quality treatment, but also to help you gain a better understanding of your health and empower you to actively support your well-being in the long term.
