Health Insurance Reimbursement and Coverage
The costs of osteopathic treatment are fully or partially reimbursed by many public and private health insurance providers. Please check with your insurance provider in advance regarding specific reimbursement conditions. Most public health insurance providers usually require:
- A medical referral from a doctor Proof of a recognized professional qualification.
Private Health Insurance & Supplementary Coverage
For privately insured patients and those with supplementary insurance covering alternative practitioner services, billing is based on the Fee Schedule for Healing Practitioners (GebüH). In certain individual cases, this may result in costs that differ from the standard rates.
Cancellations
You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations or no-shows, the full appointment fee will be charged to you.
